Full-time
regular employees can choose from a PPO plan or a High
Deductible HSA plan for their medical coverage at a very
reasonable cost. The company also offers a comprehensive
dental plan and vision services to employees and their
dependents.
Flexible Spending Account Options- Healthcare
Reimbursement Account with an annual max. of $1500 and a
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account with an annual max. of
$5000.
401K
Retirement Plan -
Once
eligibility requirements are met, the plan provides an
employer contribution on behalf of eligible participants
based on their annual compensation. In addition, the Company
matches anywhere from 40% to 75% of the first 5% of an
employee's contribution
depending on net income performance each year.
Employees are fully vested in the Company match and the
employer contribution after 5 years of service

Insurance - Employer-paid benefit in the amount
of 3x an employee's annual base salary.
Short-Term & Long-Term Disability - Employer-paid
plans that enable employees to receive a % of their base
salary while out on disability.
Vacation
- Vacation is accrued on a monthly basis. For the
first 0-9 years of service the accrual rate is 10 hours per
month. This is equivalent to 3 weeks in a year.
Sick
Days - 40 hours of sick leave is provided every
January 1st. All sick leave hours may be rolled over each
year with no maximum limit.
Holidays and Personal Days - 9 Company-paid
holidays & 16 hours of personal time each year.
Educational Assistance - 100% reimbursement for
all approved job-related courses at the end of the semester
for tuition, books, and fees dependent upon the final grade
earned.
