This rate schedule applies to all gas used for any purpose which does not come directly under the applicability of Rate R, and 1. whose annual requirement is less than 6,000 Ccf.
2. whose winter (November - March) requirement is equal or greater than 70% of its annual requirement.

This rate is available on a non-aggregated basis to any customer whose peak month average daily consumption exceeds 1,000 Ccf. Service is firm transportation service, from the interconnection point of TransCanada Pipelines and Vermont Gas Systems at Philipsburg, Québec.
