We keep in close contact with all the local and regional agencies concerned with financial assistance, as well as a variety of community groups, so we know what resources are available at any given time.
Usually we refer low-income customers to fuel assistance programs such as WARMTH and LIHEAP. Crisis fuel is available as well.
