How it works
Vermont Gas Telephone Account Access is available 24/7. When you call us, you’ll hear a prompt saying “For automated access, press 8.” From there, just follow the instructions. To speak with a customer service representative at any time in the call, press “0.” (Note: live customer representatives are available during regular business hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday).
The system allows you to pay your bill safely and securely over the phone at any time. It will transfer you to Western Union’s Speedpay service. Western Union accepts VISA or MasterCard and debit cards with the STAR, NYCE, PULSE, OR ACCEL logos. All transactions are fast and secure ($4.95 fee applies).
Request a Fax
If you would like a paper copy of your account information (including billing and payment history), you can request a fax:
- Once you have heard your account information, select the faxing option
- Enter your 10 digit fax number
The system will send you a fax detailing your account information.
