Vermont Gas is committed to a sustainable future. That’s why we are making it easier for our customers to do business with us online. We are in the process of updating our customer service web portal and soon our customers will have access to brand new, enhanced account access.
What does this mean for you? Our new site gives customers easy access to their account, billing and usage history, and important service updates. This interactive site can also help customers create custom dashboards, set usage goals, monitor progress and track results. These tools are designed to help you achieve your energy goals and potentially save money. Customers will need to create a new account and password to get started.
This new system will allow customers to more easily access their accounts with a username and password instead of your account number. Some customers, including those who use Western Union’s automatic payments, may be required to add payment information one last time during this transition.
